This is the posts module using the Columns option
The posts module can display posts or pages. In the row below I chose the individual pages I wanted to display. You can also choose to show posts from any specific category or posts tagged with a specific tag etc.

This is the posts module using the Masonry option
If you have irregular image sizes the Masonry layout arranges the posts in the most compact way available. However, if I'm building a site from scratch I crop all of the images to the same size. This makes my layouts look clean and tidy.
